Shipping Information
All orders within the United States ship UPS or USPS.

Most of our orders ship the next business day (with the exception of our specialty box orders which ship by the date given in the description). Any order placed after 8:00 am EST may not be processed until the NEXT business day (So, if you place an order on Friday at 10:00am EST or later, it may not be processed until Monday morning). Weekends and US holidays are not counted as business days.

If you choose Regular Delivery, your package may take up to 10 business days to arrive.

If you choose Rush Delivery, your package may take up to 6 business days to arrive. If you choose Rush Delivery and an item is temporarily unavailable, it will ship via UPS 2-day air as soon as it becomes available again (this usually takes 1-3 business days). If such a situation arises you will be contacted first for your approval.

While most orders arrive in a very timely manner, shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur due to weather, USPS or UPS errors or other factors beyond our control.

Orders being shipped to a military address, P.O. Box, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. territory address will ship via Priority Mail. All shipments are insured and traceable.

Orders going to a PO Box or military address can only be shipped via Priority Mail (Regular Delivery inside the U.S. option) and cannot be shipped via our Rush Delivery option.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Up to $14.99 = $3.99
5.00 to 34.99 = $5.99
35.00 to 59.99 = $7.62
60.00 to 84.99 = $8.83

Shipping: Rush Delivery Rates: $24.57

Returns & Cancellations
At AllerMates we thank you for giving us the opportunity to help safeguard your children.  We want you be 100% satisfied with your purchase therefore if you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return it.
Please note that specialty boxes containing food are NOT RETURNABLE.

Please read our return policies below:
  1. We must be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product at info@allermates.com.
  2. If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail
  3. If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 10% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. Please fill out the return portion of the sheet attached to your invoice.
  4. Package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to up to a 30% re-stocking fee (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens). If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, AllerMates is not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address.

Orders may be canceled as long as they have not been processed - usually the next business day. Please contact help@allermates.com or call 1-845-507-0702 to see if your order has not yet been processed and can still be canceled.
Pre-orders and back-orders can be canceled any time up until the item is in stock and your order has been processed.
